1. Samples are obtained through profile processing. Considering the risk of low-pressure process, DFM analysis is required for customers

2. All bearing holes must be verified by the inner diameter gauge

3. Processing out-of-tolerance size, re-verify when batching

4. After plastic spraying, all threads are verified by screws (new)

5. The spray masking tool needs to be customized again

6. The coating thickness must be 80-100 microns

7. Castings are subjected to salt spray test for 24 hours according to is09227 / astm b117 to ensure that no red rust is observed at the end of the salt spray test, which is tested once per batch
