On November 20-21, Innovaw Machinery Die Casting Factory welcomed the annual routine factory audit conducted by our European customers. During this audit, the customers thoroughly reviewed our company's adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CBAM through various methods, including on-site visits, discussions, inquiries, and document reviews.
On November 20-21, Innovaw Machinery Die Casting Factory welcomed the annual routine factory audit conducted by our European customers. During this audit, the customers thoroughly reviewed our company's adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CBAM through various methods, including on-site visits, discussions, inquiries, and document reviews. We also seized this opportunity to showcase our inputs and achievements in production and quality management. This primarily included the application of core tools such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, and SPC to ensure effective production process control, as well as our practices in VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, and the 8D report.
Customers thoroughly examined our production management control process, meticulously reviewing every aspect, including mold design and processing, die-casting, grinding, CNC machining, powder coating, and other related processes. The customer conducted an in-depth assessment of the operation of various quality testing equipment and ultimately provided a positive evaluation of our production management and quality control. They expressed confidence in maintaining a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with our company.
