With a brand-new DCC-400 die-casting machine being rolled into the workshop, INNOVAW’s die-casting plant has entered a new phase of its batch upgrade plan.
Over the past 20 years, the die-casting equipment at INNOVAW’s plant has been upgraded twice, and the current fleet represents the 3.0 version. The current batch of die-casting machines has been in stable operation for over a decade. Thanks to the meticulous maintenance by our engineers, these machines have remained in excellent condition. However, as they are now over a decade old, they have begun to fall short of customer expectations in terms of operational efficiency and precision, and their failure rates have been steadily rising. To better meet the global demand for higher-quality products, the company has officially decided to implement a die-casting machine upgrade plan in 2026.
Compared to the older die-casting machines, the new machines we are purchasing offer significant improvements across multiple dimensions.
1. Unlike the PLC control and parameter settings used in the previous generation, the new generation of die-casting machines employs fully digital injection parameter settings, enabling real-time tracking of pressure and speed with response times as fast as milliseconds.
2. The new-generation die-casting machines have seen substantial improvements in maximum injection speed, automatic correction of injection speed deviations, and the smoothness of transitions between low and high speeds. This has led to significant enhancements in casting consistency and molding quality.
3. With a new architectural design, the new machines offer superior structural rigidity and reliability.
4. They feature enhanced automation capabilities and better integration with production lines.
In summary, the latest generation of die-casting machines better meets our requirements for improving product quality in terms of intelligence, high precision, and energy efficiency.
INNOVAW has always made meeting customer needs its core mission. In recent years, we have not hesitated to upgrade our equipment, adding large-scale horizontal CNC machining centers, X-ray inspection machines, and other major equipment. Additionally, our low-pressure die-casting and gravity casting facilities are continuously updating their equipment, positioning us as a leading enterprise among similar companies in the region.
