The aluminum high-pressure die-casting process is suitable for producing parts with complex geometries and rich details, with fast speed and high production efficiency;
The aluminum low-pressure die-casting process is suitable for producing larger aluminum alloy parts, which can reduce pores and defects and improve product quality.
The aluminum gravity casting process is suitable for the production of larger aluminum alloy parts with simple shapes.

Castings are subjected to salt spray test for 24 hours according to is09227 / astm b117, to ensure that no red rust is observed at the end of the salt spray test, once for each batch The spray masking tool needs to be re-customized
